Our Story
Sugar and Shelby was created by Shelby. Shelby has hydrocephalus, a condition where too much spinal fluid builds up putting pressure on the brain tissue. She first had Surgery to try and help it roughly 5 years ago, but this most recent surgery had many complications that left Shelby very weak and unable to work. In an attempt to try and help her family and following her ambitions, to make her own gifts, she started making sugar scrubs at home and has been steadily growing them by selling them to old coworkers and friends. She’s now slowly recovering day by day and keeps doing her best to manage her family, work and now her own business.
